What is the Checkout Process?

The Checkout Process is when a customer has finalized the contents of his or her own cart. 

It begins at the checkout page where the customer can set the recipient's name, shipping address, payment options, shipping options, and option to leave notes for our reference. 

Sometimes, the checkout process does not always go smoothly as expected.

These are the common problems encountered during checkout:

  1. Card is out of stock upon checkout
  2. Unable to select a shipping option
  3. Unable to select a payment option
  4. Unable to place order

1. Card is out of stock upon checkout

The Affinity Games website runs on a live inventory, meaning stock quantities update in real time. Sometimes, different customers may be looking at the same product and one customer may end up processing their cart faster than the other. When a card is out of stock upon checkout, it already got checked out by another customer. 

2. Unable to select a shipping option

We offer nationwide shipping through LBC and International shipping through FEDEX. Kindly choose the appropriate shipping option.

3. Unable to select a payment option

Payment options include PayPal, BDO and BPI bank transfers, Pay-In-Store(In-Store pickup and payment).

4.Unable to place order

You cannot complete the checkout process until you've completed your shipping address and selected your shipping and payment option. Be sure to review the previous steps of the checkout process.
