Shipping Problems

Shipping problems cannot be avoided. LBC Express provides adequate tracking solutions for all shipping services. This is where certain shipping problems are encountered. 

Affinity Games provides adequate solutions to the following shipping problems:

  1. LBC Cannot Deliver: Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
  2. LBC has not delivered my package in 1-3 business days
  3. LBC Tracking does not show the correct status

LBC cannot deliver: incorrect or incomplete shipping address

When LBC Express fails to deliver your package due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address, it will show up on the tracking page. If it does, please contact Affinity Games through email or our Facebook page and provide us with an alternate address for delivery. We also suggest using LBC branch pick-up as an alternative as well. Note that change of address will take at least one working day for your order to be delivered. 

LBC has not delivered my package in 1 day

Affinity Games tries to ensure that all packages arrive at their destinations in 1-3 business days, but this depends on your local LBC's delivery schedules and their cutoffs. If your package has not been delivered to you within 48 - 72 hours, you may check your package's status via their website:  LBC Express Tracking.

LBC Tracking does not show the correct status

LBC Express Tracking does not update in real time. It will only update once your package has been scanned in certain milestones (i.e., it was received at the LBC warehouse, it arrived at the airport, etc.).
